Tonight I read a story about my home state on Yahoo. news.
Vermont subsidizes rich Libs to move here.
Starting in 2019, Vermont will pay people who move there and work remotely for an out-of-state employer $10,000 over two years to cover relocation expenses, coworking memberships, computers, internet, and other work-related expenses. Gov. Phil Scott signed the bill into law on Wednesday (May 30).
Some of us are old enough to remember when Vermont was known as the beckoning country.
In 1965, the Vermont Development Department proclaimed Vermont the “Beckoning Country” and crafted an aggressive ad campaign that included “4 Seasons and 47 Reasons” why tourists should spend their vacation dollars in the state
Well things are a little different now.
Gov. Phil Scott made luring new Vermonters a key to his State of the State address in January. “We know the challenge. We’re losing, on average, six workers from our workforce and three students from our schools, every single day,” he said.
Since he took office in 2017, Scott has challenged various state departments to help resolve the problem posed by the state’s aging population and to make luring young people to the state a high priority.
So now we’re trying to in tice people to come here from New York City or Connecticut, buy a home and because we really don’t have that many jobs the State will subsidize you $5000 a year with high speed internet and other stuff so you can perform your big city job from the comfort of your new home in bucolic Vermont and pay lots of taxes.
So how have we come to this state of affairs?
Well in the first wave from the late sixties early seventies you had the back to the land hippie invasion that brought people like Bernie Sanders to Vermont. Bernie has never earned a paycheck from a private employer in his life. Even Stalin was briefly employed as a weatherman.
This moved Vermont over the course of several decades to the far left politically.
This of course has cause and effect.
Liberals Progressives believe that there is practically nothing that can’t be taxed. After all it’s not really your money anyway. Because…
Progressives want to give you “single payer” (free) healthcare. Unfortunately Doctors and nurses won’t work for $15 an hour. The government pays them and the expense of maintain a hospital with money they took from you. Eventually we’ll have something like Britain’s National Health Service (NHS) .

So where are the good high paying jobs for young people in this state
Our schools are turning out drones instead of thinkers.
The kids that have brains and common sense are getting the hell out. So now we’re paying people to come here.
To live here yet keep their jobs that are out of state.
Elsewhere in the country the economy is BOOMING!

The campaign is scheduled to pay the younger Waters another $65,000 for her “professional services” working on a “slate mailer,” according to the most recent FEC files.

The rapists are young men from other countries, often asylum seekers. They come often from traumatized countries or countries with a different view on women than here in Norway.
It’s both traumatized men and culture related incidents.

Once these “Nordic countries ” were a virtual paradise, low crime, stable economies, but there was one flaw, they were nearly 100% white, blond, and blue eyed. So much that for the leftist governments that were voted into power it became an embarrassment. It was racist!
When you become filled with self loathing for your society and your race there is only one thing to do. Flood your country with people who have nothing but contempt for your society and culture. So the elites living in their gated communities with armed guards can feel superior about themselves and the peasants be deservedly punished for the crime of living in a country that not that long ago was universally admired and envied.

A tale of two pilots
We all remember this fellow.
A hero in every sense of the word. After losing both engines in a suicide attack by Radical Fundamentalist Canadian Geese (RFCG), he was able to set down his plane in the Hudson River with no loss of life.
He received much acclaim for his actions.
They even made a movie about it.
As we have heard there was another in flight incident involving a catastrophic engine failure.
Sadly a passenger was fatally injured.
But a new pilot hero who I’m sure would just say ‘we were just doing our jobs has emerged.

She performed her duty, brought the plane in for an Emergency landing and exhibited nerves of steel.
She should be an inspiration to young girls everywhere.
Yet I wonder if she will receive the same amount the acclaim and honors that Sully did.
Being a women would certainly be in her favor.
But also: She’s a devote Christian!
Tammie has said before that sitting in the captain’s chair as a pilot gave her the opportunity “to witness for Christ on almost every flight.” Her mother-in-law was quoted after the emergency landing saying “I know God was with her, and I know she was talking to God.”
And we all have an understanding of how the Lib media and Liberals in general feels about Christianity.
