Rarely does a party that holds the Presidency and the House of Representatives hold on to the House after the midterms. I would like to be more confident, but the House of Representatives is a different animal than General elections. There are no coattails to run on and you know skullduggery is going to happen.
You hope against hope that the Republican Party will not again snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
