This is what has happened to Vice President Mike Pence

On January 6, a joint session of Congress will open with Vice President Pence presiding as president of the Senate.  His power will be plenary and unappealable.  You heard that right.  As president of the Senate, every objection comes directly to him, and he can rule any objection “out of order” or “denied.”  His task will be to fulfill his oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and to ensure that the laws be faithfully executed.  This is a high standard of performance, and V.P. Pence will have two choices.  He can roll over on “certified” electors, or he can uphold the law.

Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution gives state legislatures “plenary authority” as enunciated in Bush v. Gore.  This is key, since the counting of votes is discussed in Article II, the 12th Amendment, and 3 USC 15.  To this we must add the history of counting and objections recounted by Alexander Macris (here and here).  Put bluntly, it’s as clear as mud.  Add to that the fact that the contested states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, New Mexico, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin have sent dueling slates of electors to D.C.  This means that the V.P. has to decide how he will handle the situation when two sealed envelopes are handed to him from any of those states.

The next few days will be a tipping point for America. So many people that we had hopes for standing the kind of Conservative who would… “stand athwart history yelling Stop!”

So many so-called conservatives have the spines of jellyfish. So many are to be part of the Deep State, giving only lip service to being any form of opposition. With some we had high hopes only to experience crushing disappointment. 160 years ago we fought a Civil War so that “that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.” . Sadly Mr. Lincoln I believe it already has perished. Today it’s government by the bureaucrats, and by the corporations over the people. If we have any chance of resurrecting the former from the dead like lazarus politicians in critical positions must make monumental decisions that will affect Americas future for the next 100 years. And if he makes a certain decision he may put himself and worse his family in personal danger. This is going to take courage.

It’s the bottom of the ninth, bases loaded, two out, two strikes and we’re behind 3-0. There’s 1 second on the clock, were behind by 1 point and your at the free throw line shooting two. Time’s run out, time for a Hail Mary.

One former Vice President said the the Vice Presidency “wasn’t worth a bucket of warm spit (piss)” , and unless a Vice President becomes President via death most of them are little more the footnotes in history.

Mike Pence may be the most consequential Vice President of the 21st century.

Those who believe pray for him that the Almighty grant him moral strenght, wisdom, and above all courage. America’s fate may be in his hands.

And the longest night.

It’s the winter solstice, after today the days start to get longer.

But if the travesty of this stolen election is not corrected America could very well enter a very long night indeed.

The Supreme Court was a major disappointment. They didn’t want to touch it. It was 7-2 and I think there was some intimidation involved. But they might be saying that it’s the responsability of the State Legislatures and SCOTUS is not going to give them any cover.

Will the Republican controlled legislatures of these swing states, who should certainly be well aware that the elections in their states were corruped by massive outright fraud, have the courage to alter the course of history, do the right thing for the millions of their own base who voted for Trump, and save America from an abyss from which it may never recover.

Unfortunately I can’t help but be a pessimest. I expect the worst and hope for the best. Witnessing a miracle in spite of expecting the worse is better than believing that this should be a no-brainer and then having your expectations crushed.

It will likely all come to a head this week.

Just over 100 years ago the 1919 Chicago White Sox was considered one of the best, most talented teams ever assembled. They won the American League pennant and were expected to easily prevail over the Cincinnati Reds in the World Series. But the team hated their tightwad owner who paid them as little as possible and cheated some players out of performance bonuses. Because of that they sold out to gamblers to “fix” the series so that they would lose. Unfortunately for the players involved it was obvious to everyone who watched that series that some skullduggery was going on.

Suspicions of a conspiracy were aired immediately after the World Series ended, principally by Hugh Fullerton and other sportswriters, but controversy over the allegations had died down by the beginning of the 1920 season. Then, in September, a grand jury was called to investigate various allegations of gamblers invading baseball. On September 28, 1920, after Cicotte, Williams, Jackson, and Felsch admitted to the grand jury that they had thrown the 1919 series in return for a bribe, Charles Comiskey, owner of the White Sox, suspended seven of the players. (Gandil was already on suspension in a salary dispute.) The indicted players stood trial in the summer of 1921 but on August 2 were acquitted on insufficient evidence—largely because key evidence, including the original confessions of the players, had disappeared from the grand jury files. (They probably were stolen.) On August 3 the new baseball commissioner, Judge Kenesaw Mountain Landis, banned the eight players from the game for life.

In 1935 Adolph Hitler decided to tear up the Treaty of Versailles and dared Great Britain and France to stop him. They did nothing. The next year he marched into the Rhineland in flagarent violation of the treaty. France had the largest and best equipped army in Europe at the time, but the politicians in the French government were weak willed.

Everyone waited to see how they would respond to the news. Some of Hitler’s more cautious Army generals thought there might even be an immediate military attack by France. But absolutely nothing happened, except for a few diplomatic protests. Hitler, for the first time in his career, had gambled against Germany’s old enemies and won. He knew France was suffering from serious political in-fighting and that Britain was in the grips of an economic depression. He wagered that the two countries, given their internal problems, didn’t have the stomachs to respond militarily. And he was right.

Oh how the course of world history might have changed. How many millions might not have died. The massive European war to come might not have happened. If only, if only.

It had been a tremendous gamble for Hitler, one that might have cost him everything if his troops had been humiliated by their old enemies. Later, Hitler would privately admit: “The forty-eight hours after the march into the Rhineland were the most nerve-racking in my life. If the French had marched into the Rhineland, we would have had to withdraw with our tail between our legs, for the military resources at our disposal would have been wholly inadequate for even a moderate resistance.”

Now we come to today. The United States of America has come to a crossroad. Which direction it travels will depend on certain groups of people and wither they will have the courage of lions or the cowerdness of sheep.

Like what happened the 1919 world series everyone knows (even the democrats and the media. But they lie) that this last election has seen malfeasance beyond anything this country has experience. This election was stolen. I have no faith that the courts, the justice dept. or the FBI are going to do anything about it. The corruption is that deep.

If Marxist puppet Biden is installed as President America as founded may be irrevocabley lost. aided and abbeted by a good portion of the national Rebublican party who cave over and over to democrat demands.

Most if not all of the states that experience the most voter fraud have Republican controled legislatures.

State legislatures have the final say on electors to the electorial college. America future from here on may just lae in their hands. It is going to require courage to order their electors to cast their vote for Donald Trump. Considering these dangerious time as much courage as the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence. Because violence is always an option to the Left. They can pull America back from the precipice for at least four more years or wring their hands like the French goverment did in 1936 . And the transformatiom of America fom a land of freedom into a Socialist dystopia will continue apace. And make no mistake, they will be coming for everyone who would oppose the great reset and the new world order.

Will they be Lions or sheep? That will be the question. America’s future direction hangs in the Balance.

Sounds like Antifa and BLM will have a big part to play in a Harris administration. Let’s remember that in deep blue cities law enforcement is ordered to stand down and ignore the violence inflected on Trump supporters by these terrorist. And even if they did arrest some of them they’re simply going to be released by District Attorneys bought and paid for by George Soros.

Of course Socialist dictators think ahead. In 2012 then Venezuelan President Hugo Chavis enacted a ban on privite gun ownership and forcibly stripped citizens of all their weapons. Obiviously a disarmed population is much easier to intimidate and control.

The anticipated incoming Biden administration is taking the Venezuelan governments example to heart. After all they wouldn’t want their future enforcers Antifa and BLM run the risk of getting hurt while they’re beating ‘normal” citizens to a bloody plup. Perhaps Chief Justice John Roberts will be able to rewrite the 2nd Amendment to make “a well regulated militia” (Obama’s civilian national security force) the only people allowed to posses firearms. Antifa and BLM terrorist would make good recruits, No?

So back to the original question, in 2018 how did Muduro pull off an easy election victory that even the leftist media didn’t expect?

Could it have been the software that was in the computers used to tabulate the vote? The same software used to tabulate the votes in our recent election?

Software that was developed in Venezuela and used in nearly every swing state. The whole situation does not pass the smell test.

The next few weeks will tell the story if the Ameica that we’ve grown up with will crumble. Will our Judges be willing to hear the evidence or simply dismiss it? Will our Republican Representatives stand up for us or stab us in the back.

America’s future hangs in the balance as never before.

The biggest failure of the Greatest_Generation was that after living through the the ‘Great Depression’ and saving the world from from Fascism they despreately wanted to spare their children, who they spawned in great abundance, the hardships that they went through. But they didn’t pay attention to what was really happening. The Long_march_through_the_institutions had begun, and they would utilize our own freedoms and Constitutional rights against us. Aided and abetted by an out of control judiciary hell bent on rewriting the Constitution as they saw fit. Because they could.

The irony is the Soviet Union collapsed. But the infection of Marxism/Communism simply found a new host. And this evil poison was injected into three generations of our young people by none other then the schoolteachers of our children, whose salaries and health care are paid for by the taxpayers of their towns.
