Subject: Blue and Red Football Game
Did you hear about the Blue and the Red football game? It was really nothing to see. A home game for the Blue team. The home crowd was made upof primarily Main Stream Media fans. Visiting Red fanswere outnumbered 100 to 1. For no particular reason they were seated all around the stadium at the top row exclusively one row deep. The referees were exclusively provided by the Blue team for no particular reason. As the game progressed the Red team looked like they had a fourth down conversion, but it was close, so the refs brought out “The chains” that for no particular reason actually measured 11 yards. The routine measurement revealed that the Red team was 8” short and possessionwent to the Blue team. The Blue team advanced down the field until another close call was made after the 4thdown. The refs brought out “The Chains” that for no particular reason actually measured 9 yards. After carefulmeasurements it was determined that it was indeed a first down and the Blue team kept possession.Because it was such a close game at the end, with a win for the Blue team, one Red team fan complained, and demanded to be able to measure “The Chains”. The Blue team obliged and brought “The Chains” out, and they were measured to be exactly 10 yards. The Red fan went home as there was “Nothing to see here.”
