It seems libs can’t stand letting individual states decide for themselves.<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

If this SCOTUS news leak turns out to be true then the worst Supreme Court decision since Dred Scott v. Sandford <\/a><\/strong><\/em>and Plessy v. Ferguson <\/a><\/strong><\/em>will be overturned.<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

<\/h3>\n

Of<\/strong><\/em> course in Vermont as in other ‘deep blue’ states, nothing will change. Pregnant women will still have the option of terminating a human being right up to the birth canal.<\/em><\/h3>\n

The problem leftists have (in my opinion) with the possible overturning of Roe v. Wade<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

is that they will no longer have an excuse, no more top-down order that could be flung in people’s faces, stopping any state legislature from passing any regulations whatever on what is the lefts holy of holies.\u00a0<\/em><\/h3>\n

This fall Vermonters will vote on a first in the nation, State Constitutional Amendment to enshrine abortion on demand from conception to birth<\/a>. In essence, carving it in stone.<\/em><\/h3>\n

It will probably pass, but at. At least voters will, at last, have the final say,\u00a0 and finally be forced to weigh their conscience.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n
